Christine Costello is a Certified Functional Medicine Coach and the founder of Vital Recode Coaching. She helps women in midlife reclaim their energy, strength, vibrancy and self-trust; without extremes, restriction, or rules that backfire.

She knows firsthand what it’s like to feel out of sync in midlife. In her 40s, she honed her body to win a pro card in natural fitness competitions, but the rigid dieting led to body dysmorphia, a binge eating disorder, and hormonal imbalances. For years, Christine dedicated herself to studying health, nutrition, exercise physiology, functional labs, and genetics. By applying these principles, along with deep mindset work, to her own life, she restored balance and self-regulation; forging a roadmap she now shares with other women in midlife.
